GUEST SERVICES
• Check-In Time : Arrivals are accepted from 15:00 onward. In case of room availability, early
check-in is possible.
• Check-out Time : Departures are until 11:00-11:30.
• Late Check Out: Until 18:00 in the afternoon, Late Check Out is available for an additional
charge, provided that there is an available room and after arranging with the Reception, at
least until 11:00 in the morning on the day of departure.
• Wake-up Call: If you wish to have a wake-up call, please contact the Reception by dialing
(0).


MEALS
• Breakfast is served in the hotel’s indoor restaurant. The restaurant is located on the ground
floor and breakfast buffet is served from 07.30 to 11.00
• Early Breakfast (upon request)

• Luggage: There is a specially designated
area on the ground floor near the Reception where you can leave your luggage.
• Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises. The access codes are
provided on the back of your room key card. The speed may vary depending on overall
usage.
• Credit Cards: The hotel accepts all VISA, MASTER, DINERS, MAESTRO cards.
• Customer Service: For any information (tourist information, car rental, tourist agencies,
taxi, etc.), you can contact Reception. You can call from your room by dialing (0), or visit the
Reception area on the ground floor at any time of the day.

• Bed linens are changed every 3 days. Bathroom linens are changed daily. If you wish for more
frequent towel changes, please contact Reception.
However, consider how many tons of towels are washed unnecessarily every day and how
much detergent is consumed, which pollutes water and the environment in general. Towels
on the bathroom floor mean “change.” Towels hung up mean they will be “reused”.
• “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” In case
you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the exterior
side of your room’s entrance.
